- Intimate or posed portraits requested as part of an event are not standard Event Photography. Because that level of portrait coverage requires dedicated planning and attention, it is treated with the same importance as wedding photography and requires a consultation before it can be accepted and quoted.

- Essential: up to 2 hours of event coverage for smaller gatherings and celebrations
- Signature: up to 4 hours of event coverage with priority editing for larger celebrations and community events
- Premier: up to 6 hours of event coverage with priority turnaround and highlight slideshow
- All collections focus on documenting the activity, interactions, atmosphere, and key moments of the event
- Intimate or posed portrait coverage during an event is separate from the Event Collection. If requested, it requires consultation and custom review, just as wedding photography does.

Consultation Required
Wedding photography is priced differently from standard Event Coverage because the assignment extends far beyond the hours spent photographing the wedding day.
- Pre-wedding consultation, timeline review, and coverage planning
- Ceremony, reception, details, candid moments, and dedicated portrait coverage as required
- Family and wedding-party photograph planning
- Preparation for changing locations, lighting conditions, and fast-moving moments
- Professional equipment preparation and backup planning
- Significantly larger image volumes requiring careful culling and selection
- Color correction, retouching, artistic editing, gallery preparation, and final delivery
- Travel, extended coverage, or additional complexity when applicable
- The responsibility of documenting once-in-a-lifetime moments that cannot be recreated
The investment reflects the complete responsibility of documenting the wedding—not simply the number of hours spent taking photographs.
